MIC-6 high precision, super flat aluminum alloy overview
MIC-6 plate shape is excellent; High surface accuracy; Under thermal shock, the deformation resistance is very strong; High-speed machining with almost no deformation MIC-6 is the perfect combination of dimensional accuracy and thermal stability. MIC-6 is a combination of many individual alloys. It is developed to meet the high precision requirements of modern industry. MIC-6 is individually and continuously cast according to different thicknesses. Using the latest results of casting technology, the molten metal is fed continuously, eliminating defects caused by spacing and joints, and the thermal gradient of the aluminum plate is stable because the two sides of the plate dissipate heat at a steady rate. The use of SNIF filtration method and degassing system ensures that the product is free of holes and impurities. MIC-6 can be cut at high speed with minimal deformation due to its granular structure and stress release characteristics after casting. The tolerance can be kept within 0.1 wire with the right machining method.
